When a customer makes the decision to return equipment at the end of the lease, Commonwealth makes the process of returning the equipment easy. We offer several options in processing returned equipment, most importantly with the handling of your data security.
Gryphon Equipment Sales is Commonwealth’s off-lease equipment and remarketing center. Our team’s responsibilities are two-fold:
- Receiving off-lease equipment from Commonwealth lessees providing data sanitation, repair and remarketing. Our certified staff employs NIST-compliant data erasure tools to ensure that all personally identifiable information is properly and securely wiped from a device. Audit reports are forwarded to lessees within 30 days of receipt of equipment.
- Resale services for off-lease equipment. We specialize in offering certified, high quality, refurbished equipment for a variety of products that are in-stock and ready to ship.
